These images have no time, no place, I see them as pure symbols of these strange doors ajar. Everything is not yet clear, but there are feelings that are not supposed to be questioned and their secrets are only revealed long after they have entered into themselves. For perhaps that is what it is all about, entering oneself. This is an extract from my ongoing project called "AJAR".

My name is Mickaël André, I’m 41 and I live in Toulouse, south of France. I fell into film photography with pinhole a dozen years ago, since then I explore photography and dark room printing, patiently through what it give to me to learn on me and about what surrounds me. I’ve been featured in a few printed publication like Oscura (Italy), Héliographie magazine (France) , Black + White Magazine (UK), Monomania (Japan), or Nepotik (Albania) and some online media like Fisheye magazine, Shootitwithfilm, Japan camera Hunter, 35 mmc, etc… Also done a few exhibition in Toulouse, France.
